Planning your treatment
An assessment helps determine whether implants are suitable and whether additional treatment, such as bone grafting, may be needed. The position of the replacement tooth and the way you bite are considered alongside the surgical plan.
Digital scans and planning tools help us plan implant positions in relation to your bone and the final replacement teeth. A custom surgical guide helps transfer that plan to the procedure. In suitable cases, guided placement can support a minimally invasive approach, including placement without lifting a gum flap. The technique is selected according to your anatomy and treatment needs.
Options we can discuss
Depending on your needs, we can discuss a single implant, multiple implants or full-arch implant-supported restorations. Bone grafting, socket preservation or immediate placement after an extraction may also be considered where appropriate. Your plan sets out the recommended stages and timing.
